Step 1.) Select the title. (Add a new title if appropriate title is not
available.)
Step 2.) Modify any or type in all the required information Names, Address,
Contact numbers Notes, Service tag (eg NX00001)
Step 3.) Select minimum service level required by adjusting the Required Qualifications.
Click on the drop down list arrow and select the correct level of care.
(Add a new level if appropriate level is not available.)
Step 4.) Select the Service Provider by clicking on the drop down list
arrow and
selecting the correct service provider for this client.
Step 5.) The Preferred Staff Member for the client can be set by clicking
on the name until a smiley face appears. If a client is unhappy with a
staff member a sad face can be set in the same way. (Any number of
happy/sad faces can be set for each client.)
Step 6.) Use the Save Details button to save.
NOTE: To deactivate a client, simply deselect the
square next to the words Client is Active.
